How are you wearing your hair now?  Long, short, or what?

Short, pixie style. Before Covid I wore it shoulder length or longer, and colored blonde streaks.

I've been wearing my hair short for the last couple of years, but not super short.  It's similar to the picture, but I don't have my ears completely cut out.  We leave some hair covering the tops.  I get it trimmed every 6 weeks or so and get my highlights and lowlights done around every 12 weeks.  I have an appointment today, as a matter of fact.  I'll be getting my autumn color and having more lowlights than highlights this time.

I'm 61 and still rocking this Jennifer Aniston look only my hair is slightly blonder with long side bangs.  I get a two-step color every 4 weeks (base is dark brown with blond highlights) and a keratin treatment every 8 weeks.

Stick-straight-long-one-length (naturally) black Asian hair. Refuses to take curl and coloring attempts have been disastrous in the past so I leave it as is.

Re: Your hair style.

[ Edited ]

I have wavy'curly hair, but it straightens easily with a blowdry brush and some smoothing lotion. I always had a pixie (kind short and curly) and it took forever to grow it out to a bob w/ a few layers. Mine is silver, but recently started getting low lights because I needed the contrast. This is similar to my cut.

I stick with natural short to chin-length hair.  My hair is very kinky but thin and fine. Chemical processing and dyes are not things it can handle. I'm 70, but have no gray so I don't have to worry about to color or not anyway. I usually just wash and air dry style using Wen mousse to fluff and soften the curls. When I want to wear a hairstyle I can't achieve with my real hair, I turn to a wig.  I have a wardrobe of them.

One of my favorites is cut and highlighted similar to @JeanLouiseFinch hairstyle.

Short and shaggy and piecey--finally found a very good stylist who told me it  is the way I need to wear my hair--is usually short, stick straight and fine--she was right!!!
