It seems using a foundation with sunscreen doesn't offer the stated protection. A regular sunscreen doesn't either unless you use a lot more than you think and keep applying it. A sunscreen and then foundation is better than relying on a foundation alone to protect against the sun's rays. I wish they would invent a pill that protects skin from the sun. Would be much easier that way!
