YouTube tutorials - any mature and not "natural beauties?"

I love watching YouTube makeup tutorials but would love to see more mature women (40-50+) and women who are more "average" looking. Most tutorials I found are either younger women in their 20s or so, or women who have flawless skin and look gorgeous to me even without makeup. Any recommendations?
