What would it be???

Beauty related only and it can be anything...cleanser, pads, serum, moisturizer, etc, but just ONE thing.  I know this is a tough one given most of us use like 38 products on our face and start our nightly routine at 3 pm so we can be sure to pack it all on.   

I should have mentioned that I would love to hear the actual brands that you use.  

My way of finding out about great products.

I LOVE the Philosophy Micro delivery face wash and use it twice a day.  It leaves my face clean and fresh feeling.  I can't imagine putting on moisturizer or make up without starting there first.  So I would have to have a clean face above everything else.  If that was all I could use, I guess I would be wearing a big floppy hat or face scarves (or continue to wear a face mask the rest of my life.)

Tinted sunscreen SPF 50

Wow, this is a tough one.  I guess instead of choosing a facial cleanser, I could use one of those microfiber wash cloths to clean my face.  I think I would choose Retin A.  I would figure something out for a sunblock - hat, glasses, vitamin C, something.  I could always find something in the kitchen cupboard for a moisturizer.  Living most of the year in a tropical setting, I don't have much need for a facial moisturizer.  This would be my face care choice.

If you meant make up choice, mine would be concealer.

@Shaunac    It would have to be my Buttermilk moisturizer by Mario Badescu.  He keeps my skin hydrated and you don't need much as it spreads over the skin nicely.
