Last night I tried to order the Bare Minerals TSV in Light. The host said the Light was sold out. I thought I would try Waitlist. Went online and Light wasn't even one of the choices. Tried automated ordering and Light wasn't even one of the choices in the prompts. Called to talk to a rep and she said she wasn't seeing Light as being available on Waitlist.
This morning I went online and there it was! I added it to my cart and it was available. Only now it was at the regular price! I wasn't about to purchase it at the new price. I called customer service and asked why I couldn't order it (or be placed on waitlist) at the TSV price last night and was told that some people who had ordered the Light had cancelled their orders and it was now available at the regular price.
What's up with that? Anyone else have the same experience?
