YBF TS Going Back - AGAIN!!!

I order the YBF TS on HSN on January 1. A neutralizing powder, neutralizing cream, eyebrow pencil and primer.

My first shipment was missing the primer. They couldn't send me one so the set had to go back.

Just received the replacement set yesterday. I can't get the lead to move in the eyebrow pencil. I had read that the eyebrow pencil had changed (I had several of the older ones in the silver case on reserve) and I don't know if the actual product has changed because it won't come out of the pencil!

ARGH. I'm going to have to send this one back, too, and I'll have to call to make sure they don't charge me for the return.

I'm not going for a third time. I'm disappointed. When I run out of my eyebrow pencils I don't know what I'll do. I can't go around without my eyebrows and this was (WAS) the best thing I'd found for my brows.
