Would medium work for me?

I wore Medium in Bare Escentuals loose and Medium in Laura Geller's Balance and Brighten. I am thinking of trying Tarte's new mineral foundation in Medium. Do you think that would work for me? I tried Medium in BE's new Ready and that didn't work at all for me and never could get a true match in Ready. Can anyone compare Tarte's medium to LG's medium?
