As I said, my hangup is excessive hair at forehead and sides toward the face. Nearly all the wigs in the Paula Young site seemed like that. I was wondering if that is a necessity to cover the wig cap. To me it is that feature that makes the wigs look unnatural.
You definitely may be right about covering the cap.
I also have a very large head and large face, and I've always worn my hair short and pulled forward, so I may be used to the wig styles.
If you have a favorite hair stylist, you could enlist h/h to work with you. Sometimes a little trimming works wonders.
