I teach classes and counsel at the county jail in our community. When I look at the photograph of this woman I see a whole host of issues besides bad application of and stealing make-up.

I'm not sure, if this is relevant, but her eyes are noticeably asymmetrical. Most facial asymmetries are usually subtle and barely detectable; however, the size and shape of her right eye is different than her left eye.
