@Dusty1 - I'm not @Franklinbell , but I also have hazel eyes. I really like Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tilbury. It's a berry brown color.

I LOVE seeing such creative uses of color and applaud those who go for the techniques and colors pictured. But for me, even when younger I would never have attempted those ideas. I wasn't nearly that bold! Lol.

Yes, I would wear a colored eyeliner but not neon, don't draw all over the lids, and apply it subtly. It looks nothing like the pictures shown here.
