@viwanton wrote:For a class action lawsuit, there is a really small number involved. Chaz can't address the issue on air with pending litigation. I don't believe that Wen is the cause of hair loss. In the general population, there are many people who experience hair loss for one reason or another.
My sentiments precisely! For a general number of this product users, the number of plaintiffs in the action - an itsy, bitsy, teenie, weenie, yellow polka-dot bikini......la la la la la
Believe me, the plaintiffs lawyers tried as hard as they could to get this class action come to the largest number of participants they could possibly achieve.

He gave good advice. if you are having a sensitivity to a product stop useing it. I noticed some people complain of hair loss but do not stop useing it.

Exactly @kcladyz!!! This is a solid advice. If one has an adverse reaction to ANY product stop using it!

I taught trichology for many years. I cannot discuss the reasons for hair loss in 10,000 words or less, as the causes are too numerous to mention. None of the ingredients in WEN will prove to cause hair loss. Allergy is a cause, and a systemic illness or onset of a disease is often the cause..Over stimulation, scrubbing of the scalp and prolnged massaging can loosen more "resting" phase hairs than we would like at one time. They grow back, the hair seems a little thinner until then. Early Winter and late Spring we often have more shedding as well. People who shampoo every 3 days or more will notice more hairs as well. Loosing hair in spots, is Alopecia, and that is a another ballgame with heredity and illness playing a key role. Everytime I look at my Mom, I know where my hair loss comes from. DNA, Sadly. Anyway, enough.
I found this article on Snopes and thought some would like to read it. I knew that there was huge stylist, and salon backlash spreading rumor a few years ago, as WEN has cut sales. I didn't realize how instagram and tweeting contributed. Product sales is a huge profit for salons.

Just posted in another forum. February Insider, new hair product, new sales person... someone named Orlando Pita. Could be the Q is moving WEN out slowly. I am not up on these products. I don't use them but looking through the Insider the BIG PLAY caught my attention.

I doubt the Q is thinking about moving one of their top sellers out.
I have always wished Chaz was on HSN because I receive my packages from there in record time compared to QVC.

Orlando Pita may be new to QVC but he isn't to Costco or Costco . com . He has shampoo, conditioner, argon oil, hairspray, treatments etc. Costco has had combo packaging with bonuses and so does Costco . com with free shipping. I doubt that QVC can do as well as Costco and will probably cost more.
Five products on Costco . com now and is usually in stores.
