When they had their TSV during the holiday season the host/rep stated that L'Occtiane only has one TSV a year. I'm guessing that remainds the same for this year. You might have better luck asking that question ont L'Occtiane's facebook page.

Actually they didn't have their usual TSV last fall, but a specially priced set instead for a few weeks.  I very much doubt if there is a TSV planned this spring.
