I don't wear "full" makeup most days as I'm telecommuting.  Lately though, since I switched locations in the house, my skin feels irritated without foundation on.  Sometimes I'll use blush and also use the blush as shadow, and I'll throw on some lip gloss (because I have so many).

 

Once we go back into the office then definitely I will put more effort into it and may actually use an eye shadow and eye liner.
