Will I be allowed to change scents on the TSV? - Page 2

I just checked my (already delivered) order of this tsv, and this is what it says:

" A-D WEN by Chaz Dean Rice Based Cleanse & Treat Auto-Delivery

Auto Delivery

Why Can't I Edit This?

Shipment date for this order may not be editable. You would need to change the frequency of this plan to update your next ship date.

Options (such as color, scent, flavor, etc.) may not be editable for future Auto-Delivery shipments."

I am not sure if it is possible to call the rep and if they can change it.

okay if you view your order page and then go to the bottom- it will show next shipment.

Next to payment method it will say edit/skip shipment- click edit and that will take you to a second page where it says edit options. It is there you can change. It is not looking like you can change date of next shipment ( unless you just want to skip it) but definitely can change 'flavor'.

I do this quite frequently now as well. Probably just over the last year my better half actually tried another formula other than pomegranate! *trumpets sound and the angles sing* LOL... I actually had to trick him into it by saying his Pomegranate was getting low so I was transferring it into an empty(ish), I said the "ish" part... OK in my head I said it!

Anyway so I could put the cap that opens and closes when you push it on and turn it upside down in the shower so he could use it all before I opened his next bottle. There was just a 1/8 of the bottle of 6 13 in there and I added some BGT since I sort of have been stocking up on that. I shook that bottle like a paint mixer and then he used it... He said, "Oh, whatever was leftover in that bottle you put my Pomegranate in is fine too, it does not stink like that one, so if we have this one I can use it too." Victory!!! You will never believe the one he cannot stand the smell of so much so he said, "You know how you were doing that mask on your ends last night, if you ever are going to use that again I am going to sleep on the couch or guest bedroom, OK?" I said, "Well I won't be for several reasons, but why?" He said, "I love you, you always smell so good, but that smell last night was so bad I could barely sleep." It was Sweet Almond Mint! So first of all I have an allergy to that formula, and was just trying to use up some of it on my ends, but my goodness in 9 years he has never disliked a smell so much! Weird, I admit I am not a fan of the scent, but I would not vacate the area he was in if he used it! Men, what else is there to say sometimes!
