Why so much Beauty?

E-mails from Macy's, Boston Store, Sax etc. all with makeup promo's......I don't remember so many promotions in the month of January for cosmetics. Anybody know why?

I just got done with all the Christmas promo's and I sure don't need anymore for at least 6 months.
