Why no easy pay on makeup TSVs lately?

I preordered the Mally kit so I got it on easy pay, thank goodness. It seems like not offering easy pay would really decrease sales...I don't get it. {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

I also preordered Tarte and am wondering if that one won't end up on EP either. Laura Geller also wasn't. I was actually tempted enough by that one on its TSV day to order it, but the lack of easy pay stopped me.

I know it's all the same money in the long run, but 20-ish bucks a month is much more palatable than $60+ all at once.
