I'm sure she has her own makeup artists that work on celebrities for events like this.

Same thing last year, she was on same day as an awards show (I can't remember if it was the Oscars) I agree with the others, she probably only does makeup application part time since her business is soo successful. I have read some of her clients have included Celine Dion, Mary J Blige, and Angelina Jolie so I think she has earned the right to call herself a celebrity makeup artist.

Yes, I think it's strange too that she would be in Pa. on the biggest red carpet night of the year. Even if she doesn't do as much celebrity makeup anymore, you would think she would still have a few A list folks that she would work with on Oscar night. She could do QVC any night of the year, why would she be there on Academy Award night??

That may or may not be true. I do know that when Mally has a TSV and does the make-up for all the hosts, they ALL look the best they ever look. JMHO.

There are plenty of make-up artists that have gone on to develop their own make-up lines. They all still talk about their work as make-up artists and how many of them are you seeing on the red carpet?

1. As stated, her clients are more music than movie.

2. Everything has a red carpet now, so you can be on the red carpet for the opening of a car door.

3. She makes more money in a day at the Q than a day prepping a celeb for the rec carpet

I agree that Mally did mostly rock stars. Jacque asked her why she wasn't there, and Mally just said she felt she belonged at the Q. I think she's got her own business now and now belongs to her own business. I think she's done celebrities in the past. I have a lot of her products, but I do think she does appeal to a flashier color makeup. I like more natural colors like Bobbi Brown and Trish McEvoy have. Mally can get spectacular.

Oh good grief ......... I'm sure Mally has done them in the past, but now I believe she lives in NYC and has 3 small children. As noted above, she is also now CEO of an international company. ......... Just how many "celebrity clients" is she required to maintain so people don't think she's a liar?
