Why does it take so long for QVC to process an order?

I have wondered this for a long time. I recently got a bit of money to spend - not alot but I treated myself. I got the AG 4 pc set - my autodelivery - arrived today, but that was from 3 years ago the AD. I ordered the Shear Splendor 32 oz set and it took 2 days to process the order and shipped on the 3rd day. Now I have to wait about 5 days to get it. Then I ordered the Divine fragrance - its available now to order so its 2 days now and its still in process. I don't know any other company that takes three days to ship items. One was on my Q Card the other two were on my Visa so its not because its the Q card to process, its just the stinking service. I justified my purchases as I need shampoo/conditioner and that will last a good 5 months or so and the Divine fragrance? Well that was a want for me, I admit it, but I ordered it anyways.
