Why does Adrian's models all expressionless?

I really like the fact she uses age appropriate models for the products she's selling but why are they stay expressionless the entire time? it looked so amazing how she transformed that 67 (or is she 76) year-old judging from the before and after pictures. I mean, I'm tempted if only they'd show some expression.
