Back when I was in Grammar School, we shampooed our hair weekly usually on Saturday for me. If it was too soft, we could not get a good hairdo teasing it. lol Today, I shampoo every 2 days and trying to wait for 3. I will wet it of course in the shower but we never give the oils for our scalp to surface. My hair is normal and can get somewhat dry once in a while. I purchased some sulfate free shampoo and I was surprised at the suds it had. My question is how often do you shampoo and why? I can understand if you have oily hair that you have to shampoo more often.
