Why did they return my WEN return?

My mom wanted the Wen seasonal set for Christmas, but then changed her mind. When I used the mailing label to return it, I was a little suspicious because the carrier was UPS instead of USPS. I used it anyway. Three days later, the package was returned back to me via USPS. Whah???{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
