Why cant I find it!!!!!

I have been searching for the best moisturizer forever. Im looking for a moisturizer with great ingredients for anti aging and my face is combo but more on dry side. Was told its important to look at the ingredients and make sure good ones are at the top. I dont mind spending the money if I get results. Was told that some of the ones I have been using from the department stores are a waste. I heard PTR and Perricone are great but which one? To you girls who know your products any thoughts on which ones are the best? ( also is it best to have the SPF in it or apply that separately) Thanks as with my dad being sick I dont have time to research)
