Any trainer will tell you: your weight is 90% of what you put into your mouth. People that have to exercize every day are eating too many calories. They eat so much then have to work out for hours everyday to burn it off then they get too many injuries. Vicious cycle.

You should be sorry!!! I keep my mouth shut most of the time but this really riled me up. After losing weight it is very easy to put on 50 lbs by just eating regular meals. I have fought my weight all my life and after going off Weight Watchers I put on 20 lbs of my 80 lost. Am I embarrassed, no, am I happy about it, no, do I handle it and do the best I can, yes! Your body fights you tooth and nail to keep those extra pounds on. I eat less now than on Weight Watchers and less "cheesecake" or any other sweet there is. My body is just looking to put the fat back on. Stress can help put it on. Lack of exercise. Menopause!!!! She is at that age!! Try being a bit kinder and not so judgmental person.
