Why Is QVC Not Putting More Reviews On Products

I made a lot of reviews on products and they always posted them but not just mine, I believe there are tons more reviews which are not being posted by others too. I noticed that with the new EDT Philosophy was being compared to it. I know smell is very different to people but I think they are not posting more reviews that came in. PLEASE no sarcasm or caustic posts, let's keep it adult. Thank you.

I love your last sentence. It's a shame it has to be stated.

Were your reviews positive or negative? If it was negative, they may have reached the limit for what they are trying to sell.

Maybe the reason reviews aren't posted on something is that no one has written reviews? Most people don't write reviews.

I noticed a couple of reviews that I posted took a few days before they appeared. If I had to guess, and this is just a hunch, the department that handles the reviews may also be responsible for the forums. June has been a busy month! I WENder why?

If you're referencing the product reviews as opposed to posting product opinions here on the forums, I agree that reviews, both good and bad, don't always show up. I don't review a product often, but I have taken the time to do so on several lately. In the last couple of months, at least two of my reviews were never posted online. And neither were negative, so it had nothing to do with that. My last review for WEN 613 EDT was a glowing 5-star opinion and it never showed up at all. (I should have saved it on my computer so I could have easily re-reviewed!) In that instance I think it might have been because so many people were reviewing that product, mine may have gotten "lost in the mail". Other times, I suppose it's just a computer glitch.

I noticed this too.... I made an actual *effort* to post 4 new reviews about products I received--nothing has been added to the website.

I also should have saved what I wrote and re-posted it, but sometimes when you try you'll get a message about how you've already reviewed that item--although it doesn't show up online. The whole system is dumb

Has anyone asked CS if there is/was a problem with the postings lately? I have not experienced a problem but was curious.

This has been going on since I tried posting a few years ago. They do not post my reviews that are less than favorable. I even tried to post this simple sentence: " I did not like the product." And still it did not post. Sometimes they would send me an email telling me that my post somehow went against their review standards but not what SPECIFICALLY was against the standards and even when I called and asked they told me they don't know what the issue was so I'd rewrite it to be super simple and there should be NO way they could deny it and they still did. But sometimes they didn't even notify me, they just never posted it.

Funny how there are TONS of reviews that go against their posting standards, mainly mentioning other brands, and they post those but mine follow the rules and still nothing unless it is a glowing review. I know they post some less than favorable reviews but I think they limit the number they post unless the unfavorable ones are overwhelming.

I do read the reviews but I certainly do not trust their overall rating of a product knowing that they they skew the results by preventing ALL reviews from being posted.

I submitted a couple of 5 star reviews in June that didn't post..no idea why. And yet they continue to post reviews (good and bad) from people who never bought the item, or who bought it and had NO clue about what they were supposed to get, etc.

It's not just Wen, either, it's all items in all categories!

Sigh...I dunno!

well, look at some products, they have in the mid four figure amount of reviews and I never leave a review that is negative. If I don't like a product I just say why I don't I really do not get negative. There was one product that was completely a lie (NOT Wen) and I was angry because it was edible and I could not return. I'm willing to bet there are many reviews not posted. It did occur to me that their attention is on other things.
