I have a free standing Benefit and SpaceNK store in my area. Whenever you go in the sales assistants immediatly ask to help you and when you tell them you just want to try out the testers they dont leave you alone. They stand next to you asking questions and making suggestions. I feel so uncomfortable I end up just walking out.

Its the same at the department store cosmetics counters, they just wont leave you alone, I always pray they will be busy so I can look at the products in peace.

I know its their job to sell and advise but it just uncomfortable.

I love Sephora because nobody bothers you and when you need help with a product the sales assistance are more than happy to help.

Does anyone else feel the same way.
