Why Do I Do This? (Skincare related)

I have been using Ole Henricksen's Sheer Transformation for awhile now and I love it and its results. Yet, it is somewhat pricey, for me, at $45. So, I thought I would try a drugstrore brand. Big mistake. Too heavy, sat on my skin. Now, I reordered my Sheer Transformation from his website. So, to the regular website price, I need to add what I spent at the drugstore for a somewhat useless moisturizer. (I'll probably use it on my neck) Will I ever learn? (I hope so) Has this happened to anyone else???
