Why Can't I Leave Feedback?

Everytime I try to write a review for the Smashbox TSV I can only log in and the next page that comes up says "Oops....." It keeps happening everytime I try to leave feedback. Is it my computer? Any suggestions would be appreciated. It just seems lately I'm having a whole lot of problems that I never had before.
