I had no idea about Bobbi Brown's line sold.  I just hope the formula is the same because this is my favorite line.  I have tried other brands but keep going back to Bobbi Brown's it matches my skin perfectly that little bit of yellow tone.

She sold it  over 20  years ago so if you haven't noticed a change by now,  most likely you won't.

This is unbelievable. You think these companies are selling the same products just under different names in their different lines they own? Thanks so much for all the info. This is so interesting, and scary at the same time.

Pay attention to ingredients -- L'Oreal contains cones on some of their liquid foundations;  Lancôme doesn't on liquid foundations

Yves Rocher....that's a blast from the past.

If memory serves me...didn't they sell on QVC at one time?

I was amazed when Jamie sold IT for 2.5 Billion. Gosh, IT was not that old. Jamie sure hit the jackpoot there. And also has been labled the Queen of the Q by some paper. Compare Bobbie Brown who recently sold and Jamie so new. I sure would have sold for 2.5 billion!

I think considering how she could have retired, it's a testimony to her commitment to her company that she still shows up for presentations.

Remember that LVMH also owns Sephora - the brand, the website and the stores.

Shiseido owns Shiseido and Laura Mercier (recent aquisition too)

In Canada Marcelle owns Marcelle, Annabelle, and Lise Watier.

The Carlyle Group, a private equity company, used to own Philosophy, but sold a year ago.
