Who has used A210085 - Neutrogena's version of Retinol

Several years ago I used a Rentinol product and was advised to wait 10 minutes before apply the rentinol product. The skin had to be totally dry. I was wondering if the same applies to this product.

I have watched the demo with Will and several hosts (they are always updating the latest presentation it seems) and no one has mentioned the delay in application.
