I really love my Trish McEvoy and Smashbox brushes.

I agree, both Trish's and Smashbox are good. I know a lot of ladies like Tarte brushes, but I was disappointed in most of them.

I am going to jump in and suggest Merle Norman brushes. I know that most of you are young and probably aren't familiar with Merle Norman, but I can tell you unequivocally that Merle Norman brushes are beyond compare. They aren't horribly expensive but each brush performs beautifully.

P.S. I've tried a lot, (and I do mean a lot) of brushes during my years so I can recommend Merle Norman's brushes from years and years of experience.

My fave is Trish McEvoy. I've had many of mine for a long time-maybe 10 years. Expensive but they last. She sometimes has a bundle of them in a kit at a good price.

QVC lost a lot of my posts too!
