Please, has anyone found powdered electrolytes WITHOUT
Sugar or Artificial sweeteners?
I would really appreciate advice.
I can NOT tolerate any artificial sweeteners, and don’t want sugar.

He uses Gatorade and it's my choice of drink all thru the day but I'll look into the Propel packets for him. I think these products someone suggested were more robust in their formula.
@monicakm You drink Gatorade all thru the day? Please be careful that you're not getting too many electrolytes. A healthy mineral rich diet is key, then electrolyte drinks onliy for times where you're working out vigorously, or sweating in the heat like your DH, unless you have some type of electrolyte wasting medical condition. Just wanting you to be careful :-).

Thank you I'm glad you're watching out for me.
When I say I drink it all day, I don't even consume a whole one MOST days. I don't drink enough of any fluids. A cold brew coffee when I get up. Lemon water or unsweet tea at dinner and in-between I have to force myself to remember to drink anything else so it's ususally Gatorade Zero or a Sparkling Ice. Main ingredient in both is water (g)

You and I both have "sweating" issues, given AI issues also.
There's been a couple of such threads, both with lots of @QBeauties suggested products :
I mentioned the powder, " ZIP FIZZ "..Electrolyte, B-12. S/F tube of powders, just added to water.
Another there was a titled:
I'd post the link, but .. *you know*
Both were in the "Beauty" Forum
@monicakm You and I frequently talk similiar "AImmune" & "perspiration" issues.
ALSO, I've *NEWLY* discovered that eating a "Snack Bag" size of newly popped Orville R popcorn at night.. helps hold in more liquids/water in my body... noticeably less perspiration!.. My MD.Specialist keeps mentioning drinking V-8 juice (yuck) for added, required salt for the excess perspiration, spozed to hold in so many of the fluids/water I drink.. but NAH.. V-8??? . The popcorn is working better.
Feelings are simply human
How we deal with, ..or express those feelings .. is our choice
. ~ . Please be kind . ~ .

@TwinkleBell I can't imagine that you couldn't post a link to another thread on these boards.
I thought salt made you thirstier. When I'm out working in the yard and after I don't need that.
@monicakm I'm another one who doesn't drink much and hates cilantro.....and broccoli. I sip on a large thermos of hot tea in the mornings. In the afternoon I have a mixture of Bai, lemonade, and water that I fizz, but if I'm really thirsty, I'll add some of the lemonade (Simply Lemonade 25 Calorie) to some water and then squirt a tiny amount of Raspberry Lemonade flavoring in it. Then, after I'm done with my hot and sweaty work and had my shower I reward myself with a Lindy's Italian Ice. That way I'm getting water, but at a slower rate than guzzling a drink which makes me feel sloshy.

I bought the Pure Boost Energy Drink Sticks. They'll be more convenient for him. Also added some Propel Packets to my WM pickup order for tomorrow. Thank you.

Not even Stevia? It's' not an artificial sweetner. It comes from the leaves of the stevia plant.

Thanks for the brain teaser! When I see the initials AI, all I could think of was artificial intelligence. I'm in deep, really deep into the Google ecosystem with 13 (or 14) Google Home devices inside and outside my home, (screened and non-screened), 2 video doorbells, 5 wifi enabled cameras inside and out and I couldn't even tell you how many wifi outlets that lets me say "hey Google, turn on/off the lights/fan/tvs" Operate the washer-dryer/change the thermostat temp/mode and more. If I'm in Hong Kong I can control most anything in my home and see what's going on inside and out. So auto-immune is NOT what I think of when I see AI (g)
Here is the "Howie Cam". From HK I can see if he's in his bed or in the den. I can keep an eye on him when he's outside. There are sirens on the the Wyze cams inside and out. I'm not at all parnoid. I just like technology Here is the "Howie Cam". I can check on him from my bedroom, WM or Hong Kong (g) Please keep in mind this is an inexpensive security camera. It gets the job done but the quality is less than stellar. It's a lot better outdoors in the sunlight.
MY version of AI is not auto-immune lol

And btw, I no longer am sweating..well normal but not excessive. I'm sweaty when "normal" people are sweaty. I'm taking the Progressive Labs D3 sublingual drops for sweating. Here they are.
May be useful for temporary relief of symptoms associated with:
Stress*
Headache*
Sweating*
Rapid pulse*
Shortness of breath*
Dizziness*
Vision disturbances*

@monicakm ...I posted about a powdered drink a few weeks ago - It's called ''DripDrop ORS''...Dehydration relief fast..''' It says 3 x electrolytes and 1/2 the sugar of sports drinks. I purchase mine from Amazon and really like it.
