White bumps (not blackheads)

I'm 64 and in the last year I've been getting little white bumps on my face (on both of my cheeks close to my nose) I've tried everything to clear this up! I clean my face and I've used BE makeup for years. Does anyone know how to get rid of these ugly bumps! Thanks
