I think the sheer, off white is very pretty. It has a little shimmer to it. Everyone has different taste and that is what makes the world go round.

As far as polish, wear what suits you! What makes me crazy when people are wearing sandals with un-tended feet. That to me, is really icky!

BTW, men need a heads up on that too.

IMO there's nothing wrong with white polish. I used to wear it back in the day.

Nowadays I have "icky" feet as another poster said. I wear no polish on hands or toes. I hope no one sees me.

While there are colors I don't prefer, I can't imagine any of them grossing me out. Now feet/toes that aren't properly cared for, that grosses me out. I'm glad I don't live in a warm weather climate and have to see people in sandals all year. I'd guess that more than 50% of the feet I see in open toed shoes should never be seen out in public.
