Watching the presentation for Josie's Whipped Body Butters.  Looks like a great price if you consider most any body butter will probably cost $15 to $20 each.  She says it's not greasy, but looking at her skin and the model's skin, it looks very greasy.  Are they just not rubbing it in all the way?

Re: Whipped Body Butter Greasy?

I have purchased her body butters for the last 18 months. Never greasy on me. I love them! I have tried most every scent she has produced in that time frame. Already received this TSV a few days ago. Am looking forward to the new scents.

Re: Whipped Body Butter Greasy?

I got the whipped body butter with her TSV maybe two years ago.  It's really nice and not greasy at all.  I got the unscented and don't like the idea of all those fruit scents.  I'd be afraid I'd attract flies during the summer.  Maybe that would not be the case if it's not a natural derivative of the fruits.

I do not find it greasy at all. To me it is light. I love it.

Re: Whipped Body Butter Greasy?

Thanks.  I guess they just aren't rubbing it in completely trying to make it looke like they have glowing skin.  However, when the camera does a closeup it looks very greasy to me which is a total turnoff.  I'm tempted only because I'm getting old person skin on my arms, but I, too, would be concerned about a strong lingering scent.

Not greasy at all! I bought this TSV two weeks ago and I love it. Got on auto delivery!

What I want to know is what's up with this dog and pony show going on with Albany and Josie right now?

Re: Whipped Body Butter Greasy?

I was just talking to my cousin about this last night.  She loves Josie's body butters.  Personally, I find Josie's body butters greasy.  I can only use them on my feet.  But I'm very picky about my body products and generally do not like many hand lotions, both because of scent and because of texture.  Just wanted to give you an alternate opinion.

I use CeraVe lotion on my body and CeraVe cream on my feet.  Last night I mixed the CeraVe cream with Josie's body butters for my feet because I really like the scent of her body butters.  If this TSV had 2 oz. body butters instead of 4 oz. I would probably cave.  Some of the scents sound great!  If you buy it I hope you enjoy.

Re: Whipped Body Butter Greasy?

It's not greasy, yet very moisturizing.

I got this set a few weeks ago and LOVE the creamsicle and cherry pie!

They are subtly scented too.

I don't really think they are greasy. I guess they can be if you apply too much.
