I am coming back to Wen after a long hiatus. Please help me choose a gallon formula! I've tried BGT and it is too drying for me. I have thick, shoulder length hair. I do highlight it and use a flat iron so it tends to get dry and damaged. I want something moisturizing but not too heavy. Thoughts? Thanks!

I've always heard that the Fig is the most moisturizing and it's geared toward dry, damaged, and over processed hair

Fig may be a good choice but I wouldn't recommend ordering a gallon of anything until you try a few formulas to identify which are best for your hair. You should try a discovery kit such as A219409 or one of the smaller kits.

Definitely try Fig. By the description it should be right for your the hair you describe.

Don't rush into a gallon. The TSV coming up in the fall should also be a good bargain; some feel it's an even better bargain for them than the gallons Smiley Wink

It will be offered at the end of August, 2014. See the thread about this August 30th or August 31st. The details about what will be offered are not available but last fall you got 32 oz. core formula, 2 oz. oil, seasonal scent 16 oz. size and matching 2 oz. RTM. The price was about $60. This was a very good price and we can't be sure but the fall tsv may be similar.
