Where is Laura's Ethereal Rose Powder?

I have been wanting to try this but it only is available in two kits that come with Laura's Balance and Brighten in Regular. I use fair as regular is too dark for me. I know her upcoming TSV will also have the new Porcelain that I might try mixing with the Regular I have. But since I am new to the Ethereal Rose (never tried it and really want to), do you think it's just out of stock? I hope it's not discontinued. So many have written about how they love it. I am anxious to try it but don't want to buy a kit of products I will probably not use all of them.
