Where do you get Botox done?

I mean do regular dermatologists do it? Or do you have to go to a cosmetic derm? There's a place called Skin Center that does it here - I imagine they're a chain? I'm getting more interested the more forhead wrinkles I see not to mention my little triangle of lines between the eyes.
