Where do you buy your eyeglasses?

Im trying to find a new place to buy my eyeglasses and am wondering where you like to get yours. A local place, Sams/Costco, a chain like Lens Crafters, or online? I'm looking for a good price and selection. Thanks! BTW- I do have insurance which pays 100% of lenses and $50 towards frames, but I can't use it at Costco or sales at the chains.
