This is such a bummer.  I like Tarte.  I'm so over all of these IT TSV's.  IT is the only thing they seem to keep brining in....

I did try the newer mascara, though, and I liked it!

Hi @teddi13 - Leigh says to watch out for a tarte TSV in September. Her FB page is Leigh for tarte QVC.
