When is TOVA Signature formulation from 1988/1989 going to return?

I have been in search of the Tova Signature forumaltion for my girlfriend for quite some time. She feel in love with this parfum before TOVA started with QVC in 2009. I read the rumors of the formulation has been changed or an ingredient left out when it got to QVC.

Honestly, what is the correct answer? Will the originial version come back? If so when? and will QVC be carrying it?

I know how it is to have an amazing perfume that works well with your body chemistry, and make people stop in their tracks when you wake by to see who that was that smelt so good.

Please help me to help my friend!
