When September rolls around

Let me start by saying.... I'm not asking or looking for the insider codes or numbers or whatever you call them. I would like to know how the September TSV works once it is September 1st. I know it may already be sold out, that's a risk I'm willing to take. If it's not... Does it pop up for sale on the website? Do I have to watch the QVC shows on Wen to buy it? I have never ordered from QVC before so I'm not sure how it all works.
