I am 65 with a history of cystic acne. My acne stopped when I switched from regular milk to almond milk, started taking Spironolactone (talked to my MD who prescribed this medication which is good for hormonal acne) I also use Clean and Clear facial scrub and PTR complexion correction pads along with PTR glycolic acid moisturizer. Works for me, no more breakouts, clean skin, never had wrinkles.

When my dietitian changed my diet. No more skin problems, including pimples and break-outs.

I repeatedly hear that cutting dairy will help eliminate breakouts. I did it for 6 weeks back in 2013 and I still broke out in the same frequency. It may help others though.

I'd love to look into that Serious Skincare kit mentioned previously. There are so many kits I'm not sure which one it is. Does anybody know?
I think that either of the Continuously Clear kits would be the place to start. Also add Dry-Lo to the regimen as that's good for when you get a boulder.

I am over 50 and post menopausal, and I am still waiting. Paula's Choice has helped a lot to reduce my breakouts. On the other hand my oily skin means fewer wrinkles.

When? Who knows? I'm 67 and still get pimples now and then. But, I'd much rather have oily skin with the occasional zit than dry skin!
