Whatever happened to customer service??

I just received my order from philosophy.com..after waiting almost 2 weeks..understandable as it is holiday season...but..i was expecting at least one sample..NOTHING..on the other hand..received an order from desert essence and had 8 generous samples..come on..that is how you get us to buy more stuff!!!! just a thought
