What would you do for a wedding?

Hello.. I am getting married in May. (I am 41 , 2nd marriage, small intimate wedding about 50 people.. Hawaii for honeymoon).

I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes and olive skin. I had it colored a few months back to a lighter brown shade but didn't really care for it. My roots are showing now. I have found 1 gray hair that I keep pulling out. (I know I shouldnt pull it but its just one and it does grow very fast).

So, my question is... what should I do for my wedding? I plan to wear it down with curls and maybe a few strands back. (If anyone has a nice style they have seen please forward to me as I am open to suggestions).

Should I color the whole head? Get highlights? Both? If highlights, what color for dark brown hair?

Of all the things to be stressed about for a wedding, its the hair and makeup that I am stressing about the most. Any suggestions? Thank you.
