Today is the best day for me to purchase quality cream shadow sticks. What brands should I consider in terms of non creasing and staying power? Ty

@Midmod Shadow sticks are my favorite things.

Laura Mercier used to be the best ones out there, but the newer ones are not great. Too sheer & too creamy. The core line is probably still good, but I haven't bought a new one in a while.

I do love the Cocoa & Plum Caviar Sticks with an angled liner brush to line.

Thrive, Bobbi Brown, Fenty, Charlotte Tilbury, About Face, Nudestix (But they have to be sharpened) are great!

I have 2 of the Make Up For Ever that are really nice.

I have a couple of colors by Sephora & Ulta that are good.

ELF brand are $5 & are quite nice.

I don't like Julep, Clinique Chubby Sticks, Colourpop.

Some vary by color/finish even in a brand.

@Midmod I used to buy Mally and Tarte. Loved buying them in the sets.  I recently purchased a set of Doll10 shadow sticks from HSN which I really like.

I've purchased a few brands and though Laura Mercier are nice, I prefer IT Cosmetics Superhero eyeshadow stick. I think I have every color they make. They are wonderful, go on easy and smooth, and they last all day. I did not like Mally's; they didn't stay on at all.

some of them are too frosty or too pink/purple

I got some from elf, and amazon, 

B Brown has some but way too much money

Mally I thought they were too hard on the eyelids

I love Mally's colors, still have some, however, they've never lasted well...break inside the tube, I have to then use the loose stick, within the tube, gingerly.

 I love cream/stick shadows and am in the market for a new type.

One popped up on my Instagram, that I've found on Amazon, fairly cheap too...can't recall the name, but I'll look it up and post it her later..

@amyb NYX has great colors, but on me, they crease & fade like crazy.

Maybe my lids are too oily.

My older eyelids are a little on the oily side, I like Mally because they are not overly creamy, blend just fine but stay put all day since they are on the firmer side. And no primer is needed
