What's With Shipping on the Tarte Kit?

My second Tarte kit has been "in the process of shipping" for two weeks now. I called customer service the end of last week and they said they'd send up a request to release it. It's still the same. Anyone have the same issue and know what the problem is? Also, have you gotten your kit yet? I'm so frustrated I'm about to cancel the autoship.
