Jade roller and Gua Sha set I got on Amazon. Didn't think would do much for my skin and eyes but pleasantly surprised!

Great Q, @Naturesbeauty !
For me, it would be Conair ceramic rollers. The quickest way I can put some body & curl into my hair. (I hate standing there doing one section at a time.)
They came with a self wrap that I snipped off and use old clips from a travel size Conair I had.

Boring answer, but my Clarisonic. It keeps my face/pores clean and I have the original one when they first came out. Not sure it's a "gadget", but love my simple face shavers...sets of 3 or 6 from Amazon for about $6. Look like plastic switch blades...no batteries, moving parts. Simplicity, but does the job.
I find the dermabrasion, dermablading, etc. done more thoroughly during my quarterly facials. My eyes are closed, relaxed and someone else can get into every little area.

I didn't realize it was so expensive
They used to be $99 to $129 on special on shopping channels..... when she left the the price became outrageous on her site.

Two years ago I bought the Clarisonic Firming Masaging Head to be used on a Smart Clarisonic which I already had. Wasn't sure if it was a total gimmick. It claims that it takes 12 weeks to see results. My skin does seem to look better. It doesn't do what fillers would do of course. The purpose of the head is to help your serums and creams to penetrate better. Now I know that OTC products really don't do much but they do help somewhat. I think what I notice most on my 70 year old skin is that I have a brightness and glow to my skin. I see so many women my age who look dull. I think also that my jawline appears a little firmer. Might be my imagination but I am going to keep using it.

I bought a bunch of beauty tools back when I was in my 40's and used them everyday.... I was obsessed with staying young. It was very time consuming but at the time I feared aging so much I did it.
Now in my60's I use no beauty tools at all... I donated the ones I had to Good Will.
I am no longer freaked out about aging or such... I take care of myself... good skin care and good healthy lifestyle.
I am more concerned about being healthy and staying alive and enjoying the next years I have left.
Not concerned too much about looking my age.

Interesting that there are so many people who love the NuFace and the Face Master. Those machines stimulate collagen fibroblasts, but they also tone the face muscles. Yet when I've mentioned facial exercising as being useful, I was told it was a waste of time and caused wrinkles, even though in my experience it hasn't.
