Re: What is your favorite decollette cream?

Whatever goes on my face is applied from hair line to bra line and backs of hands...Vit. C serum first, then moisturizer & SPF. I finish w/ BE’s Ageless Genius neck cream on neck and chest. At night, I use my Retin A every other night face, neck and chest & backs of hands. Moisturizer all the way on chest and the repeat the BE Ageless Genius.

****Note: When I use my PTR Unwrinkle Peel Pads (acids), I also apply it face, neck, chest and backs of hands.

This area is easily covered by clothing.  I always keep my skin covered when I can.  It really has helped.

When exposed to sun, I use a #50 sunscreen.  Why damage your skin and try to correct.  It.  It is easier to prevent from the get go.

@Shanus...glad you mentioned ptr peel pads.  I also use those and wondered if they're safe for decollette skin, which I do use there and on back of hands, etc.

I remember Ageless Genius was recommended on another post...I'll keep that in mind as well.   There are some reviews claiming it's not as good since the company sold and possibly altered ingredients.   Any thoughts on that?

@Dazlin  I think the Ageless Genuius is the same. It’s a very rich moisturizer and leaves a slight shine which makes your neck/chest “appear” smoother...not crepey or dry. Of course, it won’t lift or firm...nothing does except surgery. I use it twice a day and do see a marked improvement in the texture of skin in those areas. If you want to try it, think there’s a Q only supersize....can always send it back.

[ Edited ]

I also use Bare Minerals Ageless Genius Neck Cream on chest area, twice a day.  My neck is definitely improved after less than a year, and my decolette is smoother too, and I'm 72.

Most other creams I tried were too strong like Gold Bond and actually burned my skin, or too rich (Josie Maran whipped body butter) and made chest area break out.

Truly I was despairing about the look of my neck and it is very much improved now.  It will never be what it was, but the worst has been alleviated; I am not so self conscious about it anymore, so that's a good result.

Re: What is your favorite decollette cream?

I use a somewhat stretchy cream made of 95% cotton/5% spandex that comes in tons of colors. It's called "Turtleneck."

@author....I agree...Josie Maran is very greasy, I used the spf 47 on my chest because it was much too oily for my face, and the butters also are very greasy.

As Shanus and you mentioned, the Ageless Genius sounds good.😊

Tonight, I did my nightly routine of regenerol, following PTR pads, then I put some virgin coconut oil on my chest and hands.  Just a switch up from Vanicream.   I was using Beekmans cream before too.  As for the Ageless genius,  looks like qvc has the best offer, for 2 jars.

Has anyone tried either Roc neck and chest spf 30, or Loreal golden balm? Two I came across while looking. Anything else besides GoldBond, or Skinn(I dont do well with Skinn products).
I'm using Vanicream at the moment, in the large pump jar, then I always apply an spf.
I still think the skin on my chest is starting to look crepy... please send your suggestions.
Also...are retinol products ok for this area? I'm using Consult Beaute regenorol on my face. I apply whatever I'm using on my face to my neck and chest, then cream. Anything else to help this area??

@Dazlin  Sometimes sleeping on your side causes crepy skin, especially the upper area between breasts. The wrinkled areas appear from the breast tissue being squeezed together during the night. I place a small, roll shape pillow there to help w/ that issue.
