I've been using the Fran Wilson cake liner is black. Forms a very pigmented smooth cream when mixed with water and stays on all day for me even in the heat and humidity. It applies very smoothly too and is easier to control than the liquid liner in the bottles, or wands. It's more pigmented then the Eye Rimz I was using. Cheap too!

Trish McEvoy Gel Liner in an Eggplant color!!! Goes on so smooth on the top lid and doesn't "run", however, for the bottom lid, it's too thick. I prefer Mally eyeliners on the inside of the lid or the outside. Make sure it's thin, thin, thin!

For years I have used the Chanel eyeliner brush and it goes on perfect everytime no matter what brand I use.
