What is up with shipping on Mally's products?

I ordered a kit from QVC of mallys on the 14th. It didnt do anything till the 18th. Now still says on its way to ship. To late to cancel or I would! It seems to be just hanging around in space! If it doesnt show something soon I am going to call CS & try to get them to do something....not sure what, but hey they have already charged my card....how about sending the product!!!
